The 312 Crew is the official hip hop crew for the Chicago Bulls. The 312 Crew delivers high-quality entertainment and adds the hype to Bulls basketball games. The team had the incredible honor of being selected by the NBA for the 2022-2023 Allstar Week in Utah. We are now looking for trained hip hop dancers who are versatile, athletic, and professional to add to this amazing team.
To be a 312 Crew member, you must meet these minimum requirements:
- Be 18 years of age by May 23, 2024
- Have reliable transportation
- Posess a valid US Driver’s License or State ID
- Have a flexible schedule to attend games and rehearsals
- If selected, must reside or be willing to commute to the Chicago area for all rehearsals, appearances, games, etc.
- If selected for the team, a one-year contract and commitment are required, along with agreement to abide by rules and guidelines in the employee handbook.
- Understand that this is a part-time position and team members are paid for all their work. This includes rehearsals, game day, appearances, photoshoots, meetings, etc.
- Be an experienced, versatile dancer and a Chicago Bulls fan
- Be athletically fit in order to perform high energy routines
Below is an overview of what to expect throughout the 2024-2025 audition process.
Master Class
312 Crew Master Class: Thursday, May 23rd, 6-9:00pm
Doors open one hour prior to the class.
Location TBD
Choreographer will be announced as the date approaches. This master class is open to hip hop dancers ages 18+. You will learn and perform choreography, meet the coach and current members, and learn about what it takes to be a member of the 312 Crew. Clinic is $25.
Pre-registration (which includes waiver of liability) is required, and will open soon.
Open Call Audition
Thursday, May 30th 6-10:30pm
Doors open one hour prior to the audition.
Location TBD
We will be selecting candidates from this open call to advance to the final audition.

Final Audition

Should you make it to the final audition, you will be asked to perform both a solo in a style of your choice and the choreography from the open call, and freestyle. The final team announcement will be made following the event, as well as team orientation.
