2024-25 Chicago Bulls Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply to all season ticketholders (full and partial), and supersede any prior agreements, terms and conditions between you and Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership (the “Chicago Bulls”) regarding season tickets (as amended from time to time, “Terms”). PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR RIGHTS TO THE TICKETS AND CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER PROVISION UNDER WHICH YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTES RELATING TO THE TICKETS OR THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKETS ARE ISSUED.

Terms may change from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately when a revised version of these Terms is posted on the Site. The “Last Updated” date above will tell you when these Terms were last revised.

Nature of Tickets: An order to purchase Tickets (as defined below) is an offer to purchase which the Chicago Bulls may accept or reject in its sole discretion, regardless of whether the transaction occurred on-line, by mail, by phone, in person or any other method. By submitting an order for Tickets, tendering payment to the Chicago Bulls and/or accepting any Ticket(s) provided by the Chicago Bulls, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Subject to these Terms, the Chicago Bulls grant to you the number of tickets for admission and seating at the United Center, located at 1901 W. Madison St. Chicago, IL 60612, in the seat locations specified in the invoice and ticket (“Ticket(s)”). Tickets provided hereunder shall be for the Chicago Bulls preseason and/or regular season home game(s) played at the United Center set forth on the Ticket but shall not include rights to any League Special Event (as defined below) or any other event at the United Center, including without limitation, concerts, NCAA, NHL or other non-NBA sporting events, exhibitions, or other events held at the United Center. “League Special Event” shall include any special event of the National Basketball Association (“NBA” or “League”), including, but not limited to, any NBA All-Star or NBA Draft event held in the Chicago Bulls' market or hosted by the NBA at the United Center or otherwise in which the Chicago Bulls may or may not participate. You acknowledge and agree that the Chicago Bulls and/or NBA may cancel, postpone, reschedule or relocate games or events for any reason (e.g., move a regular season game of the Chicago Bulls from the United Center to an alternate venue for the purposes of playing a League Special Event), as determined in its/their sole and absolute discretion, as well as to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the rules, operations and presentations of NBA games and events ("Preemption"). If any game or event for which Tickets have been sold to you is not played or presented in the United Center for any reason, including, but not limited to, Preemption, such event shall in no way be deemed, argued or construed to be a breach by the Chicago Bulls of any terms, conditions, agreement or any other duties or obligations in connection with the sale and use of these Tickets and, in such event, your sole remedy shall be a pro-rata account credit or refund equal to the price paid for these Tickets as specified in the Ticket Invoice. You hereby waive and release any claims you may have against the Chicago Bulls, the NBA and its member teams, the United Center Joint Venture and each of their respective affiliates and each of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents with respect to such game(s) or event not played or presented at the United Center.

Each Ticket is owned by the Chicago Bulls and is a revocable license issued to the individual or corporate entity that appears on the account of record. A Ticket enables its holder to enter the premises on the day of the Chicago Bulls home game and occupy the location shown on the Ticket for that game. Your breach of any of these Terms entitles the Chicago Bulls to pursue all available legal or equitable remedies. The Chicago Bulls, in their sole and absolute discretion, may revoke the license or any issued Tickets at any time for any reason or no reason upon refund of the Tickets' face value, or for cause without payment of a refund as described herein. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes unless written authorization is given by the Chicago Bulls.

By accepting the license, you further acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation, right or privilege for renewal of a season Ticket or other Ticket license. Nothing in the Tickets or these Terms should be construed to create a right or reasonable expectation on the part of any holder of any Ticket to renew season tickets for any subsequent season. The opportunity to purchase and/or renew season tickets is a privilege granted by the Chicago Bulls and may be granted or withdrawn at the Chicago Bulls' sole and absolute discretion. Any such renewal will be solely on the terms offered, which may include a different seat location, higher per-seat prices, the payment of a deposit, different games, a reduced number of tickets, or terms that are in addition to or different from these Terms and will not be assignable.

Regarding postseason home games (including “play-in” games) played by the Chicago Bulls (e.g., NBA Playoff games, hereinafter "Postseason Events"), if Tickets were not previously revoked and your particular Ticket package provides for it, you will have the first option to purchase Tickets for Postseason Events at the ticket prices and other terms established by the Chicago Bulls. You may exercise such right in accordance with procedures established from time to time by the Chicago Bulls. You will have a limited time to exercise this option, as determined by the Chicago Bulls in its sole and absolute discretion. If you fail to exercise this option within the designated time period, the option shall terminate, and the Postseason Event Tickets will no longer be available to you. The purchase and use of Tickets for Postseason Events shall be subject to these Terms, and the terms and conditions as set forth, from time to time, by the NBA, the Chicago Bulls and the United Center published in connection with such subsequent offer, including the Chicago Bulls' right to revoke Tickets at any time and for any reason. This Agreement does not guarantee you access to tickets to Postseason Events (other than the first option as referenced herein), and nothing herein shall constitute an offer, promise or guarantee of tickets to Postseason Events. In addition, your season tickets do not guarantee you any particular seating location to any Postseason Events. For the avoidance of doubt, if Chicago Bulls permits you to credit unused Postseason Event tickets or Postseason Event ticket deposits toward a deposit for season tickets for a subsequent season, such permission is for convenience only and does not guarantee a renewal of any season tickets for the subsequent season. In the event your season tickets are not renewed, any unused deposit will be refunded via your original method of payment.

Notwithstanding the above, if you qualify for and elect to participate in the “Pay As We Play” program for Postseason Events (which is only available for full Season Ticket Holders), you will automatically receive the same tickets as your Tickets for each Postseason Event, and your credit card on file will be charged at the conclusion of each postseason round at the prices established by the Chicago Bulls for such Postseason Events. Without in any way limiting the “Payment” section below, by enrolling in the “Pay As We Play” program for Postseason Events, you expressly authorize the Chicago Bulls and its service providers, agents, and other representatives to charge the payment card on file (if any) for the Postseason Event Tickets in the amounts, and on or after the dates specified, set forth on the applicable invoice.

Publicity: You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy as to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to the Chicago Bulls, the NBA and the United Center Joint Venture, to utilize your name, image, likeness, voice, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from or notice or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Entry Requirements: You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You also may be subject to health and safety requirements, including proof of vaccination, testing and/or mask-wearing requirements. You consent to such searches and requirements and waive any related claims that may arise from them. If you elect not to consent to such searches or requirements, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, weapons, controlled substances, large cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers) and containers.

Payment: If you submit an order, you warrant that you have the authority to authorize charges to the credit card or other method of payment, as applicable. You understand and agree that the Chicago Bulls are not liable, in any way, for erroneous bill statements or incorrect charges and that should an error occur in billing or debiting, the Chicago Bulls' only responsibility is to correct such error when and if the Chicago Bulls receive written notice of such error. All sales and debits are non-refundable once the order is accepted by the Chicago Bulls. You understand that at the Chicago Bulls' sole discretion, your access to games may be restricted or revoked if any authorized charge is refused or unable to be processed for any other reason. Incorrect information that prevents the Chicago Bulls from processing your credit card charge will be promptly communicated via telephone or email to the contact person listed on this form. You further acknowledge and agree that it is solely your responsibility to update any credit card information used as a payment method. It is also your responsibility to notify the Chicago Bulls in writing of any change of address or email address to assure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated material from the Chicago Bulls. You understand that any payment authorization remains in force and effect until the Chicago Bulls have received written notification of its termination in such time and manner as to allow the Chicago Bulls a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If you terminate such authorization, if a credit charge is denied by the credit card issuer, or if another method of payment is otherwise rejected, the entire unpaid balance of your Chicago Bulls tickets purchase must be paid in full within three business days of the date of notification. A fee may be applied to your account for each late payment, check return for insufficient funds, declined or expired credit card or other failure to make timely payment and such fee will be applied to your next invoice/credit card installment. Additionally, you understand and agree that all costs or fees incurred by the Chicago Bulls that result from any refused payments or payments that cannot be processed for any other reason are your responsibility. Such fees will be added to your outstanding account balance, and the Chicago Bulls will not be liable for any fees charged to you by the depository. Your failure to adhere to Ticket purchase payment terms entitles the Chicago Bulls in its sole discretion to cancel purchased Tickets and/or reject future orders on your behalf.

Resale: Subject to applicable law, the sale or resale of any Tickets by unauthorized means is prohibited and violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of unused tickets. Season ticket holders may resell their Tickets on an occasional basis via NBATickets.com or as otherwise authorized by the Chicago Bulls, however, the Chicago Bulls reserves the right to cancel, revoke or decline to renew any tickets or accounts where, in its sole discretion, the purchase of season tickets is for the primary purpose and intent of reselling tickets on the secondary market. Please note that neither the Chicago Bulls nor the United Center is responsible for any ticket duplications due to the use of any ticket marketplace feature including ticket forwarding or ticket resales and are not obligated to accommodate alternate seat locations for such duplications.

Term: Season tickets are offered on a one-year basis only. Your rights under these Terms will terminate upon conclusion of the regular season, subject to your potential purchase of Postseason Event Tickets as described above. If you purchase Postseason Event Tickets as described above, these Terms shall extend until the earlier of (a) the Chicago Bulls' elimination from the postseason, or (b) the conclusion of the NBA postseason. Your rights under these Terms may be terminated immediately, at the Chicago Bulls' sole and absolute discretion, upon your breach of any these Terms or as otherwise determined by the Chicago Bulls in its sole and absolute discretion. The Chicago Bulls may decline to renew season tickets at any time for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.

Automatic Renewal Conditions: If you are an existing season ticketholder and you are purchasing a full season ticket package for this 2024-25 season, You authorize the Chicago Bulls or its authorized designee to automatically renew the Tickets (including any tickets, food packages and parking) for an additional year on the date communicated to you via email, in February 2025, and annually thereafter, by charging your account, unless you opt out of your Tickets by clicking on the link provided on your Chicago Bulls Account Manager portal available at https://am.ticketmaster.com/bulls/ (“Ticket Account”) 312-455-4000. This authorization will remain in effect for so long as such Tickets remain in effect. At the beginning of a 30-day period designated annually by the Chicago Bulls prior to auto-renewal (“Renewal Period”), the Chicago Bulls will notify you via email of the upcoming renewal and the applicable Tickets fee(s). Such notice will provide instructions for you to opt out of the Tickets via the method set forth above that will be available through the end of the Renewal Period. If you do not opt out before the end of the Renewal Period, you forfeit the right to cancel the Tickets for the upcoming year and, if your Ticket Account is in good standing, the Chicago Bulls or its authorized designee will charge the credit card on file (or request payment via check, if applicable) in accordance with the payment plan you selected in the previous year. The Chicago Bulls assumes no responsibility or liability for its failure to contact you if your Ticket Account profile contact information changes or becomes out of date. For the avoidance of doubt, the Chicago Bulls reserves the right, to modify Ticket fee(s), including by increasing such fee(s), and/or terms and conditions for future years upon written notification. For purposes of clarity, if you are a new season ticketholder this season, you will be enrolled in the auto-renewal program effective next season (i.e., the 2025-26 season) if and when you elect to renew your Tickets.

Without in any way limiting the “Payment” section above, by enrolling in the automatic renewal program, you expressly authorize the Chicago Bulls and its service providers, agents, and other representatives to charge the payment card on file (if any) and any subsequent payment card added to your account for (i) the Tickets in the amounts, and on or after the dates specified, on the invoice, and (ii) for future NBA seasons in accordance with the amounts and dates indicated on the then-current invoice, unless and until you opt-out of the automatic renewal program pursuant to these terms and conditions.

The use of foul language, drunkenness, fighting and abusive behavior will not be tolerated. The United Center is a smoke-free facility in its entirety.

The Season Ticketholder of record of any given seat shall be responsible for the conduct of the occupant of that seat. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, the Chicago Bulls reserve the right to revoke season tickets for cause without payment of any refund at any time if the Season Ticketholder of record, or any person occupying the seat(s) of the Season Ticketholder of record, engages in behavior prohibited by the Chicago Bulls, the United Center or the League, or engages in any other improper behavior.

Seat Location: The Chicago Bulls may change the seat location of season tickets at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Reasons the Chicago Bulls may change a seat location include, but are not limited to, (a) a design or physical alteration to the arena, (b) any NBA requirements, government requirements, or any other reasons beyond the control of the Chicago Bulls that require a change in the seating manifest, or (c) a shift of a seat location eliminates isolated single seats.
